OpenSign's data model (templates, contacts, documents) maps reasonably to DocuSign's. There's no DocuSign importer; existing signed PDFs stay valid as-is. New flows: upload PDF, define signers + roles + fields, send via email or shareable link. PKCS#7 detached signatures + audit log are written into the final PDF.
