Use the official compose stack at git.tt-rss.org. Feedly OPML imports via Preferences → Feeds → OPML. TT-RSS is the heaviest of the three but has the deepest plugin/theme ecosystem and the official Android client (also OSS) is excellent. Filtering rules are scriptable.
