Compares each repo's current GitHub state to the May 2026 snapshot. Health flips (alive→stale→dead) cross thresholds; "freshly committed" is anything that shipped a new commit since the snapshot — they tend to dominate when the snapshot is recent.
No classification flips yet — snapshot is too recent for any repo to have crossed the alive/stale/dead thresholds. Sub-rail below catches the in-flight activity.
